Vendor Information
We’re excited to offer vendor opportunities at Hope Grows Here, where local businesses, artisans, and community partners can connect directly with our guests and support healing through our resources for widowhood and grief.
Vendor Package Includes:
- One 6-foot table and two chairs
- Black or white table linen provided
- Recognition on event signage and the Hope Grows Here website
- Opportunity to sell products or services directly at the event
Vendor Fee:
- 💰 $50 per table (non-refundable)
Note: Vendor fee does *not* include event entry. Each vendor must purchase a $65 general admission ticket.
✅ Vendors may bring their table, display, and linen to forgo the $50 fee, but must still purchase an event ticket.
Setup and Breakdown Times:
🕐 Setup: Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🕙 Breakdown: Immediately after the event (after 10:00 PM)
Vendor Ticket Requirement:
Each vendor must purchase a $65 general admission ticket to participate in the evening, which includes dinner, giveaways, and full guest access.
Vendor Requirements:
- Pre-approval required
- Must provide own signage and secure valuables
- Must comply with venue rules and respectful community values
- No offensive materials or services allowed
